Undri is a top upcoming location in the vicinity of NIBM Extension. There is no space left on NIBM Road so all new projects are coming up in Undri. Prevailing capital values of the region are around Rs 3,500 to Rs 5,000 per sq ft depending upon size, developer, location and project amenities. Lease market is yet to expand in the region. The end users prefer the multi-storey high rise living in and around the place.

Region will continue to witness slow but steady growth in coming time period.
