Noida-Greater Noida offers a lot of housing options in different sectors and as demand for housing rises, developers and builders, too, are up to the task and are coming up with mega housing projects.
Noida’s sectors like 77, 76 and 78, all near Noida Extension, are being developed fast. Here prices are competitive when compared to other sectors. Developers like Amrapali, Antriksh, Earth Infrastructures, Gaursons, Supertech, Prateek Group, Gulshan Homz, JM Housing Limited have projects which fit into different budgets. From affordable to luxurious, these developers are raising residential projects in all the categories as the demand in each category is huge today.
Prashant Tiwari, the managing director of Prateek Group, says: “Today, Noida is a booming place in terms of residential housing. “The demand for residential housing has always been there; it has only risen manifold in the last few years. Today, we have a lot more people coming over with a demand for residential units in different parts of Delhi and the NCR,” says Vinod Bhati, of AV Associates.

Tallest tower in Noida
Noida is set to have one of the tallest residential developments, rising to 60 floors, in Sector 74, in the next 42 month. R K Arora, the chairman and managing director of Supertech Group, says: “North Eye, north India’s tallest residential development, will be one of its kind. It is a splendid project and will be 255 metres with 60 floors. Spread over 9 acres, it has been innovatively designed.”
North Eye will have three parts: East wing and west wing on the ground and the Central Tower. East and west wing make up the 1st and 2nd floors and will have facilities like retail outlets, cafeteria, lobbies and other facilities like creche, play school and a primary school. The Central Tower consists of a waiting lounge, lobbies, cafeteria and high-end shopping area.

This 35-level highrise structure will be built over 14,331 square metres. Assotech Ltd has all relevant clearances from the government authorities concerned. International consultants have been roped in to provide landscaping, interiors and lighting in the project. S K Das Associated Architects are the principal architects for the project.”
Celeste Towers consists of two 121 plus metres tall towers - Celeste Europa and Celeste Corona. Each level of Celeste Europa will have only one condominium of 4,750 square feet and there will only be thirty condominiums in it. Celeste Corona will have three apartments to a floor - 1,790 sq ft (Vega), 2172 sq ft (Vesta) and 2,120 sq ft (Venezia).
