Noida-Greater Noida and Gurgaon have seen an upsurge in the demand for luxury homes, in recent time. With the overall economy back on track and with better disposable incomes, the confidence of buyers, and sellers, too, has improved. Prateek Group has recently launched a new luxurious residential project, Prateek Stylome, in Sector 45, Noida. The project would be a low-density project with just 545 apartments over nearly 8 acres. Its strategic location ensures the project has great connectivity.

The company also launched ‘Vivante Select’ recently, a premium category luxury dwelling within the same project. Units in Vivante have been priced at Rs 3,400 per sq ft and in Vivante Select the price begins at Rs 4,050 per sq ft.
Another developer who has gradually drifted towards luxury dwellings is JM Housing limited, based in Noida. With the success achieved by ‘JM Orchid’ in Sector 76, the company is planning to come up with a luxury project, but at lesser rates, in Sector 75, sometime in the near future.
The real estate sector is once again booming and builders are leaving no stone unturned in luring customers with attractive packages. Since the time the Noida Expressway became operational, the real estate around the stretch has seen a tremendous response. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is witnessing some of the fastest pace of construction activities in the whole of Noida.
A number of prestigious and premium projects are taking shape in Greater Noida. And the buzz is ‘affordable and luxurious’. Several projects are coming up at Site C (Housing Extension), near FNG Express Highway in Greater Noida, opposite sector Zeta One.
