IL&FS Milestone invests in Mumbai property

IL&FS Milestone Fund, a Sebi registered venture capital firm, has completed an investment of about $20 million in a leased commercial building in Mumbai.

The property, Patel Corporate Park, is located in Mumbai’s western suburb Jogeshwari and has been leased to a single tenant, pharmaceutical major Pfizer. Last year, the fund bought a 74% stake in a commercial building, 247 Park, located in the city’s eastern suburb Vikhroli for Rs 575 crore.
